Hamburg.

Friday 2 April 2010 to Monday 5 April 2010 (Easter weekend)

We’ll be flying Ryanair from London Stansted to Hamburg Lübeck on Good Friday, returning Easter Monday.

Staying at the Hotel Stern on the Reeperbahn. (Stern is German for star, it has nothing to do with rear ends or ‘discipline’ as far as I’m aware.)

I’m in correspondence with Hamburg Exiles RFC about a fixture. They seem to be up for it, but need to wait until their league fixtures are announced before they can confirm.

The total cost will be £150, with £30 deposit due by the end of October.

Anyone requiring a visa to visit Germany will be responsible for arranging and paying for it themselves.

There will be a certain amount of drinking involved. There will almost certainly be shenanigans.

The tour is open to all Phantoms, former Phantoms, potential future Phantoms and anyone else who is generally up for it (over 18s only, chaps only).

Good man, you're a shining example to us all.

Unfortunately, at that point tomorrow night I'll be sitting in a bar in Brussels with a very strong beer. Obviously I'd prefer to be at training running my arse off and getting bitten to death by those evil little insects, but what can you do?

I'll be back next week if I've sobered up by then, otherwise, I'll see you for the game on the 5th.
